Images from my trekking visit to Burma (Myanmar) in November 2015. The country reminds me of Vietnam i.e it's city building programme, the countryside with shops by the side of the road, but also the poor infrastructure such as the roads and medical facilities when you get out of the city into the villages.
Buddhism is the offical religion and the country has an amazing and vast collection of Pagodas and Buddhas.
There are some areas in the north where tourists are not allowed to go.
